We have recently ported our existing secure Case Management System CaseSafe.Net onto the Objectra platform. This system was developed in conjunction with Relationship Scotland’s Tayside service and is currently used in four Relationship Scotland services.
Case Safe is designed to make accessing all information on Cases and Clients intuitive and comprehensive. It deals seamlessly with multiple clients on a case and multi-cases for a client. It includes automated checks to prevent duplicated data entry.
Diary management is also a key feature of Case Safe with the ability to set practitioners schedules and link them directly with sessions. Sessions are confirmed to practitioner and client by email or SMS.
